Live Training
Train together LIVE Monday, Wednesday, and Friday every six weeks to begin the new circuit. These live sessions (and our bimonthly Q&A’s!) offer an opportunity for real time feedback and guidance. Come learn the movements together, so you can practice them confidently through the rest of the circuit with twice weekly accountability sessions. It's not just about what you do, it's about how you do what you do. Knowing what true engagement and action feels like in your body is key to creating change and getting stronger.
Accountability
Getting started (and keeping going) can feel intimidating, let's do it together. Come to our twice weekly live training accountability group sessions. Show up for yourself and make friends with other women training along side you.
Connect with other women, share your wins, be encouraged, and join our live masterclasses, in our member’s only community. We're always here, and we're doing it - so if you fall of the bandwagon there's always room to jump back in.
Female Focused
Movement knowledge and teachings often prioritize male physiology at the expense of female bodies, and far too often our exercise culture teaches women to move their bodies to get smaller, not stronger. Learn how to train for your body in the ways that honor the unique needs of your female health and wellness.
Progressive
It is all too easy to find yourself stuck doing the same workouts, the same classes, the same stagnant programs again and again (and again). While something is better than nothing, this is not progress.
