Feel confident and capable in your professional and personal relationships with women, sharpen your communication skills and cultivate intimate community.
Every Wednesday 12-2:30 PM EST
March 19 - June 18, 2025
In our current culture, by no fault of our own, we have become siloed and isolated, deeply polarized from those who think differently from us, creating our own self-imposed echo chambers.
Has consuming more content than ever before made us more connected to our female bodies and physiology? Or has it made us look externally to our “tribe” to tell us what’s best for us?
In a society where we can easily and quickly choose who we do and don’t want to connect with, we have lost the crucial life skills of conflict resolution, discernment, and connection beyond dogma.
As businesses and gurus market dogma, like-mindedness, and a false sense of belonging, choose to meet women authentically. Connecting beyond likemindedness is a radical act of service - and the heart of WOMEN'S WORK.
Women’s Work was born from a void I noticed after years of community building, hosting women’s circles, and teaching hundreds of women 1:1 and in group settings.
When it came to community organizing or running a business that serves women, I consistently heard the same fears over and over again:
“If I tell women what I really think, I worry I will be judged, “cancelled”, or ostracized for it.”
“I struggle to create the community I imagine for myself.”
“It can be hard for me to share my passions and interests because I feel like I don’t know enough or can’t explain it well enough to be understood.”
“I know I want to expand my work, but I hesitate to be in community with women that aren't like-minded."
"Would anyone even buy what I offer?"

This isn’t a course about creating a like-minded community.
Women’s Work is not a values-based, or ideologically-driven mentorship program.
This is a program designed to anchor you so solidly in your personal beliefs and values, that you feel flexible and confident interacting with any woman you encounter.
If you work with women professionally, or want to cultivate deeper intimacy with women in your personal life, Women’s Work is for you.
I'm Ready.
How do you authentically connect and build relationships with other women? How do you cultivate community with those right in front of you?

What are your values? Why do they matter when it comes to relationships?

What communication skills are essential for meaningful connections with women who are different from you?

And what does this have to do with your body, and your work in the world?
These are the questions that guide me, and my answers to them build the foundation of my life. Knowing your answers to these questions builds a foundation for authentic connection with women, whether your goal is to broaden your community or build sustainable business.
It’s not that the women aren’t out there. It’s that we lack the framework needed for inner exploration and community implementation. When you clarify your values, hone your communication skills, and cultivate self-trust, you are free to show up as yourself and love other women as they are.
the framework:
Module 1: The Lens We Look Through
Do we know why we believe what we believe? Have we peeled back the layers of our acculturation to stare plainly at what informs our worldview? Is that even possible? Whether it’s feminism, faith, class, race, physicality, family structure, location, language, literacy, or educational status…there are so many lenses that we look through as women. Examining the lenses we look through can help us CONNECT with other women from a place of safety and security. In this module we will also ask the question, what is a woman? And why does it matter? We will be unraveling the fallacy of “identifying” as a feminist, and instead using various feminist analyses to consider socio-economicconsidering socio-economic, physiological, cultural and political forces on women. These tools exist to help us form our worldview and the lens through which we consider ourselves and other women.
Module 2: The Role of the Female Body
We live in a world that tells us "women can do anything men can do", while simultaneously commodifying our bodies and denying our biological reality. From burnout and exhaustion at work, to unsupported child rearing, to physical pain and pelvic dysfunction, we are suffering from a lack of knowledge about our own bodies and the lack of authentic woman-to-woman support. This module provides a deep dive into women's sexual and orgasmic health, an ongoing conversation about sex, marriage, and standards, and an open discussion about who we are as women on a physiological level and how that impacts every aspect of society and culture.
Module 3: Our Feminist Foremothers
What is feminism? What is it not? In this module, we will compare and contrast liberal, radical, marxist, and reactionary feminist theories, understanding the ideological differences and orienting individually within that values spectrum. We will also explore the works of Andrea Dworkin, Audre Lorde, and Mary Harrington, legendary and contemporary feminist writers with differing life experiences, philosophies and writing styles. We will be examining their varying styles of articulation, and what we can glean from them for our own communication skills. If we want to learn how to clarify our values and articulate them, we need to look to women that have done that before us. It's our responsibility to build upon the work of our feminist foremothers. We do not need to start from scratch!
Module 4: Community is not Sameness
Speaking clearly begins with knowing what you have to say. In this module, we will practice communicating our personal truths and our witnessed experiences in a manner that demonstrates respect for other women. We will discuss the concept of right-relationship, conflict resolution, and speaking clearly. The way we are taught to speak "well", the values we are taught to prioritize, the history we have all learned does not reflect the lived experience of women. Speaking without trying to convince or prove opens up avenues for clearer communication and understanding. This practice is essential in our Women’s Work as we learn to speak to other women in a way that is truthful, powerful and respectful. There is a difference between knowing “what to say” and knowing “how to communicate”. We don’t always know “what to say”, but we can practice speaking clearly.
Final Presentations
Each woman will present a final presentation at the end of Women’s Work. This is a chance to practice articulating your values, connecting with your passions, speaking clearly, and being witnessed in the work you want to bring to the world. Don’t worry- it’s really fun and not even half as scary as it sounds :)
Start with this free masterclass:
From Women In Business to Women-centered Business
This program is not a quick-fix, low-touchpoint, group coaching container.
This is not a self-improvement course, or something you can show up to intermittently and passively and expect sustainable shifts in your life. Long-lasting change and intimate relationships with women come from consistency and accountability to self and others.
This program consists of lectures, readings, large and small-group discussions, essay questions, weekly accountability group meetings outside of class, homework, and final presentations.
This program is for women committed to self-inquiry and academic-style exploration. As much as you’ll be doing inner exploration, you will also be an integral part of an intimate group setting.
